1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Connextly.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Connextly is a SaaS platform that helps users identify relevant discussions on online communities (e.g., Reddit) where potential customers may be discussing problems related to the user's product. The Service may also provide AI-generated content and suggestions that users may choose to edit and publish elsewhere.

  • Connextly does not automatically post, reply, or engage on behalf of users.
  • Users remain fully responsible for how they interact on third-party platforms.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have legal authority to agree to these Terms.
  • Use the Service only for lawful, non-abusive purposes.

4. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You may log in using email/password or supported social login providers. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate platform rules (e.g., spam, scraping, harassment).
  • Attempt to misuse the Service.
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

We reserve the right to remove accounts without prior notice.

5. Subscription Plans and Credits

Connextly offers:

  • A free plan with limited features (available indefinitely).
  • Paid monthly and yearly plans (yearly discounted ~17%).
  • Optional credit-based purchases to unlock additional capabilities.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Connextly does not store full payment card details.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

6. Taxes and VAT

All prices listed on the website are expressed in USD and exclude VAT, GST, sales tax, and other applicable taxes.

Taxes are determined automatically at checkout through Stripe Tax, based on the customer's billing address, country, and tax status (B2B/B2C).

For business customers in the European Union providing a valid VAT ID, the reverse charge mechanism may apply, resulting in no VAT being charged at checkout. Customers outside the EU may see local sales taxes applied depending on regional laws.

LeanAIStudio Srl complies with international tax regulations, and the final charged amount may include additional taxes required by your jurisdiction.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service may generate recommendations or draft responses using AI models.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, harmful, or inaccurate.
  • You must review, edit, and validate all content before publishing it.
  • The Service provides suggestions only; it does not guarantee results, platform approval, or compliance.

8. Compliance With Third-Party Platforms

Users are solely responsible for following the terms and rules of platforms where they engage, including but not limited to:

  • Reddit
  • LinkedIn
  • Twitter/X
  • Any relevant forum or community

We do not guarantee response approval, visibility, or platform access.

9. Acceptable Use

Users may not use Connextly to:

  • Spam or mass-message users.
  • Post misleading or illegal claims.
  • Scrape data beyond permitted API access.
  • Generate or distribute abusive, harmful, or defamatory content.
  • Perform harassment or unethical marketing.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, UI, content, and intellectual property belong to LeanAIStudio Srl.

Users retain ownership of:

  • Their own inputs
  • Drafts
  • Saved conversations

We retain rights to use anonymized or aggregated usage data for analytics and improvements.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for policy violations. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.

Upon termination, some analytics data may remain anonymized.

12. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as-is" and without warranty of reliability, performance, accuracy, or results.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeanAIStudio Srl is not liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Reputation damage
  • Platform bans
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuing use of the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Italy.
